I joined WOW in Wall and was initially pleased with the gym. I lost my job in that area and that is when the issues started. My contract was up and I wanted to cancel,when I called the gym I found out that they only do things through email. Ok fine so I sent them the email then they said that my key tag number was incorrect, the same key tag that I use to get in the gym don't understand that!!!! This email issues have been going back and forth for about 7 months. Now I checked my account and instead of the $20.00 membership fee they normally take out , they have taken out $58.80 and I can't reach anyone to find out why. 128de02
