It is so easy to sigh up at workout world and yet so difficult to leave. If you try to leave they will make your life difficult. Sign up take 20 minutes to cancel take days. You have to download a form from there website fill it out and send it in to there head quarters with a certified mail to have it cancel. They then have to APPROVE it in ordder for it to cancel. If you make a mistake you will have to redo it and once it gets approved, you will be CHARGED another month, when i complain about it, they fax me my contract and said "you sign it" . After their Brick NJ facility burned, they transferred my membership to Retro Fitness ... two years later, they are trying to collect BACK DUES! I reported them to the Better Business Bureau. |
