I went into their facility to simple obtain information about their programs. I was encouraged to fill out all the paperwork and I told the girl I would call her two days later to confirm whether or not I wanted to enroll. She called two days later, because it was pouring and expressed concerns about me driving. I told her it was ok to run my card". However, I specifically told her that I may choose not to have a VIP account since I would not be able to attend their special classes, like yoga and such/. She still went ahead and charged me for the VIP?. Three days later, I went to speak to their manager Hans to cancel the whole thing!. He simply decided not to sit with me at that time, because he was too busy signing up a new "victim" After more than 30 minutes of waiting, standing outside of his office, I had to leave?. I went away and and left him a voice mail to call back". He never did/. I went back a week later, he told me he cannot do anything about it, it has to be at the corporate level/. He said the only is to email workoutworld.com. I did, and up till now, a week later, no response. In the meantime, in addition to my deposits($92 initial fees +$ 40-boot camp), they have proceeded to withdraw a monthly fee of $52.76 from my bank account.
