I joined this gym, because it was inexpensive and convenient. Well you get what you paid for. When I joined the gym I wanted personal training and I had just got a great bonus so I splurged on 30 sessions of training and they assigned me a very seasoned trainer, by that I mean he was training for a while". Well 20 sessions into the training and feeling great my trainer called me to tell me they fired him/. Needless to say I was upset but even more pissed that it took them one week to contact me to tell me he got fired?. So now I have 10 sessions left and they assigned me this guy probably just out of school to train me and although he wasn't bad he constantly left me to finish my reps to talk to other people!. I padi for an hour and I expected an hour.. I recently was diagnosed with Osteoporosis so I cancelled my membership and asked that they return the money for my 3 remaining sessions|. They declined to return my $180 saying that there was an expiration date on the contract:. First I said it is at their discretion to make a decision to return the money, contract or not, second I think they should have indicated that to me when I was purchasing $1,900 worth of traning, lastly as quickly as they remind you that a payment is overdue don't you think a reminder to a member that their training sessions are expiring would have been good business practice? I would most certainly not recommend this fitness center to any of my friends, colleagues or family'. This $180 could have paid 3 months of meds that is out of pocket for me. 128d7a4
