Work Out World is a joke! I am a current employee who would like to remain. They do not understand what costumer service is, what they do especially Natalie Aziz who is one of the corporates with WOW. She throws all the complaints at the General managers, sales and Front Desk staff to handle. It is no way to run a company. They work you over the 45 hour minimum and you don't get paid for it. They should all be sued for how they lie, cheat and steal from loyal WOW members with false dues reductions and blaming it all on the sales team instead of the real problem, Corporate! 128d709

In NJ, every employee must be paid for every minute he/she works, no matter what. This is the law, even if they have you sign a contract waiving your rights, it does not change. You should contact the NJ dept of labor, Wage and hour division and launch a complaint. Also, after complaining, you are protected from retaliatory action from your employer. And I certainly hope you are getting time and a half for anything over 40 hours as this is the law as well. |
