| 1. Written by Jeff on August 29, 2011 from camden, new jersey, US You say they work you over the 45 hour minimum and don't pay you for it. Congratulations, you have a case against your employer. In NJ, every employee must be paid for every minute he/she works, no matter what. This is the law, even if they have you sign a contract waiving your rights, it does not change. You should contact the NJ dept of labor, Wage and hour division and launch a complaint. Also, after complaining, you are protected from retaliatory action from your employer. And I certainly hope you are getting time and a half for anything over 40 hours as this is the law as well. |

Instead of HEARING the COMPLAINT and trying to MAKE the CUSTOMER feel better he/she belittles him and calls him a retard. Sounds like a WoW employee to me. I believe I spelt everything correct |
