When I signed up I got blind sided my hidden costs that they definitely don't advertise and then when went to cancel there were even more hoops to jump through!Who knew they didn't handle their own finances!! Not only did ABC Financial F up my cancelation, it ended up not being canceled 2 months after I tried too!. These people charged me an extra 65,.75!!
Glad the first adult thing I tried to do got slaughtered by the obstcale course they made me run through!. I did everything they told me to do and they still won't refund my money/.

Written by Alynn213 on February 27, 2012 from providence, rhode island, US I signed up to Wow a year ago and went 4 times a week for months until I needed surgery andthen was diagnosed with epilepsy recently after I didn't go to the gym for a long time I didn't know I could get my membership frozen until recently when I called to see if I could get a refund since I hadn't been there in a long time the rep was very rude and told me it was my problem and he told me I owed a Balance in which I do not! I told him to cancel my account and he said he couldn't until I paid the balance and I had to send a letter stating why I wanted to cancel. So he told me he was going to hold my account for 30 days but he didn't and now i owe more and late fees!!! I will never go back to this gym and will never recommend this gym to anyone! |

That would be understandable if in fact my acct didn't have the funds available...I DID have the money in my acct. The rep I spoke to was rude and intentionally unhelpful. She told me I would have to email her my bank statement showing the the funds were available in my account. I have NEVER had any company request a copy of my bank statement, they have no right to request that from me. When I called WOW to ask for assistance in dealing with ABC she read the notes to me that the rep wrote saying I OFFERED to email my bank statement, hmmm not true. This company is awful,if I had known I would have to deal with them I wouldn't have signed up with WOW it's not worth the hassle. |
